Most creams and lotions are oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. AccessSIL EMUL-92 enables water-in-silicone (W/Si) systems, where tiny water droplets are dispersed in a continuous silicone phase—like water pearls suspended inside a silky silicone matrix.
