Sachet Shimmer White is formulated with a synthetic fluorphlogopite substrate (20–100 μm) coated with titanium dioxide and tin oxide to produce a clean, bright white shimmer. The medium particle size creates a visible yet refined shimmer effect, delivering a luminous, pearlescent white glow.
