Technical Profile & Formulation Guide for Glamour Party Bubblegum
Engineering High-Impact, Chunky Sparkle
Glamour Party Bubblegum achieves its intense, dazzling effect through Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate—a precision-cut borosilicate glass flake substrate. Compared to natural mica, this material offers superior brilliance and transparency, yielding a cleaner, more vibrant sparkle. The exceptionally large particle size (100–1000 µm) is engineered to create a bold, chunky texture that makes a statement in any formulation.
Formulation & Regulatory Considerations
Due to its large particle size, Glamour Party Bubblegum should be paired with sufficiently viscous bases—such as thick lip glosses, carbomer or aloe gels, or specialized suspension systems—to minimize settling and ensure even distribution. Yield-thixotropic modifiers (e.g., hectorite/synthetic clays) and gel networks are effective in liquid systems.
This pigment contains Red 30 Lake, which is not approved for use in the eye area in the United States. It is intended for face, lip, and nail applications. Its robust, plate-like structure performs well in anhydrous, solvent-based, and gel systems where high-impact glitter is desired.
