AccessCARE HAND-MLE leverages a synergistic, multi-pathway approach to deliver antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant benefits. The Lactobacillus Ferment component acts as a postbiotic, producing antimicrobial peptides (bacteriocins) that help inhibit the growth of a wide range of unwanted bacteria and fungi. Formulation Guidelines
This active is a water-soluble liquid that is easy to incorporate into cosmetic formulations. For optimal stability of the bioactive components, add AccessCARE HAND-MLE to the water phase of your formula or during the cool-down phase at temperatures below 40°C (104°F). It is stable and effective in a typical skin-friendly pH range of 4.5 to 6.5. While it offers excellent antimicrobial properties, it is not a standalone broad-spectrum preservative and should be used in conjunction with a complete preservative system to ensure product safety and stability. Its natural origin and gentle action make it highly compatible with other botanical extracts, hydrators like hyaluronic acid, and skin-soothing ingredients.
